                          AUTHORIZATION OF OPERATION

 

 

The Municipal Council of the Commune of Ranquitte authorizes the: "FONDATION SECOURS POUR LES PAUVRES DE PIGNON" (FONSEPP), to operate in Ranquitte. This, after the filing of the documents made in its archive on April 15th, 2008, which was operational in the Commune of Pignon since September 2006.

Hence, it is authorized to operate under the Haitian laws in the Commune of Ranquitte. In witness whereof, this authorization is issued to serve and use for all purposes. Done at The Council Office of Ranquitte, June 20, 2008, 205th year  of independence.

L'an deux mille six (2006), et le 18 Septembre Nous, membres fondateurs de la "FONDATION SECOURS POUR LES PAUVRES DE PIGNON" avons decide de cree une Fondation denommee: "FONDATION SECOURS POUR LES PAUVRES DE PIGNON"et ayant pour sigle "FONSEPP".
